Our design brief from Halcrow was to efficiently re-configure an existing fit out to add a reception & meeting rooms and make the entire space feel like their own. Halcrow had just leased an entire floor in the Riverside Centre, Brisbane, and had inherited the previous tenant’s complete fit out, including furniture. Although there was an existing boardroom, the fit out had no reception area and was strongly branded for the previous tenant.
Our design aim was to provide Halcrow with the new spaces that they needed while keeping demolition and new works to a minimum. Our design & finished selections set out to professionally display the international brand of Halcrow Pacific to its Brisbane audience.
The outcome is a very sharp looking fit out that adequately positions the client in the Brisbane marketplace. Exceptional design selections and space planning ensured this project was a great success.
